Cancellation Timeframe:
You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Please note:
This 24-hour window is based on the local time zone of the country where you made the booking.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel your reservation, simply contact our customer service.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up, or in case of no-shows are non-refundable.
Partial Payments:
The partially paid bookings are non-refundable.
If a refund is applicable according to the cancellation policy, it can take up to 2-10 business days for the refunded amount to be returned to your account once it has been issued. Please note that any processing fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers may be non-refundable.
